Players Present
"Almighty Bob"

Bill Fischer is a cast member for Almighty Bob
The Bigfork Community Players are presenting the play
Almighty Bob directed by Karen Kolar and written by Tom Mula, at the
Bigfork Center for the Performing Arts.
Almighty Bob is a metaphysical romp through the issues of aging, death
and faith.
Bob has become too much of a handful for his daughter, Karen. What concerns
her are all the inexplicable things - miracles, if you will - that have
happened since Bob has had a stroke and has started to believe he was
God.

James LaFontaine & Barbara Langlois play characters in "Bob"
She checks Bob into an assisted living center for a trial period at
Dr. Wally's nursing home. Bob becomes smitten with another resident,
Claire. The Grim Reaper, Goth character, comes through periodically
to collect souls. George, the cafeteria supervisor, marvels at the fact
that the fish sticks and loaves
er, buns
continue to multiply.
The owner of the home plans to close theplace down and build a Krispy
Kreme. A miracle is needed!

This play is poignant, thought-provoking, loopy and romantic.
Almighty Bob is appropriate for all ages.
